What it means: We sit down together 8–12 weeks before the wedding to go over every single choice you’ve made.


Why it matters: This is where we "download" your brain. We look for gaps in the plan, double-check timings, and ensure nothing has been forgotten. It’s the moment you get to hand over the heavy lifting to us.


Run Sheet Creation & Refinement


What it means: We build a minute-by-minute "master plan" for the entire day, from hair and makeup to the final dance.


Why it matters: A wedding has a lot of moving parts. Without a professional run sheet, things run late, vendors get confused, and you end up answering questions all day. We create the roadmap so everyone knows exactly where to be and when.


Vendor Confirmations


What it means: We contact every single one of your booked vendors (florists, DJs, caterers, etc.) to introduce ourselves and confirm their arrival times and requirements.



Why it matters: We ensure your vendors are all on the same page. If a florist is planning to arrive at 2 PM but the ceremony starts at 2:30PM, we catch that mistake weeks in advance so it never becomes a problem on the day.

The Execution (On the Wedding Day)
