2.The Deep Dive Consultation: We’ll jump on a call or meet in person to talk through the "chaos" and the magic. We’ll discuss your budget, your style, and your must-haves.


3.The Transparent Proposal: You’ll receive a branded proposal via our Bloom portal. It’s itemized and upfront—no hidden fees, just clear pricing for the support you need.


4.Locking it In: Once you’re ready, you can sign your contract and pay your deposit digitally. Your date is officially secured, and our team is in your corner.

Phase 2: The Strategy & Prep

This is where the "Secret Weapon" work happens behind the scenes.


1.The Design Concept: We’ll send over a detailed styling questionnaire. From your answers, we build a custom mood board in Canva and share it via your private client portal for approval.


2.The Logistics Plan: We source and confirm your vendors, allocate your hire items in our system, and draft your full event-day run sheet.


3.The Final Details Meeting: Two weeks before your event, we meet to lock in the final headcount, the timeline, and the "Plan B" for weather or surprises. We take the stress so you don't have to.


4.The Warehouse Prep: Our team spends 3 hours professionally prepping and packing your hire items, ensuring everything is cleaned, staged, and ready for its moment.

Phase 3: The Big Day

This is where we provide the muscle and the management.


1.The Morning-Of Brief: You’ll get a quick "We’re ready!" email from us with your day-at-a-glance. We’re already on-site or in transit, managing the vendors and the setup.


2.On-Site Management: We are the main point of contact for everyone. We manage the timeline, solve the problems, and make sure the styling is pixel-perfect.


3.The Supervised Transition: As the party winds down, we supervise the transition and ensure all assets are protected and accounted for.

Phase 4: The Wrap-Up

We don't leave you hanging once the music stops.


1.The Next-Day Check: We handle the equipment return and complete a full condition report.
